Saint Xavier's School is established in 1997, is a Christian minority educational institution. It is managed by St Thomas Trust Bhavnagar, Saint Kuriakose Elias vice province of the CMI Congregation. the congregation of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI) the first indigenous religious order of Catholic priests and brothers, founded in 1831 by Saint Kuriakose Elias, took up education as service to the nation from the time of its founding fathers. Saint Kuriakose Elias was a man ahead of his time and laid the foundation for the educational, social and other progressive fields of service to humanity in which the Congregationis engaged at present.

Saint Xavier's School is recognized by the department of education, Gujarat State. It follows the syllabus and textbooks prescribed by the Government of Gujarat. Computer literacy programme for students of standards from 1st to 12th is a speciality of this Alma Mater.
The school is staffed by a dedicated team of CMI fathers, brothers, D.S.S. Sisters and other teachers from different part of the country.
